Let’s Start the Conversation.

I work with people and practitioners who are ready to approach healing differently. If you’d like to book a session, learn more about mentoring, or just start a conversation, reach out below.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes. While structural chiropractic care requires hands-on work, I also offer virtual mentoring and consultative sessions. These are spaces for exploration — of health, nervous system tone, posture, language, or professional questions — where insight, clarity, and direction can often be found without physical contact. Virtual sessions are particularly useful for mentoring practitioners, guiding parents, or supporting individuals navigating healing journeys who are not local to Byron Bay.

The simplest way is through my clinic, Byron Bay Chiropractic Centre, where my calendar is hosted. For mentoring and virtual sessions, booking links are available via direct enquiry on my website or by reaching out to my team at hello@reganosborne.com. This ensures you’re guided to the right format of care — structural, emotional, or mentoring.

The mentoring program is designed for practitioners, healers, and seekers who want to expand beyond technique into philosophy and presence. It is not about adding more to your toolbox, but refining how you see, listen, and respond to the body. Whether you’re a chiropractor, bodyworker, therapist, or a professional in another field who recognises the nervous system as central, this space is for you.

Chiropractic sessions in clinic generally run between 15–30 minutes, depending on the stage of care. Mentoring sessions, whether in-person or virtual, are longer — usually 60 minutes — to allow enough space for dialogue, reflection, and practical application.

Yes. Much of my work has been with families, from newborns through to parents and grandparents. Children, in particular, hold the potential for profound structural and neurological change when guided early, and family systems often benefit most when care and language shift together.

Not at all. While I mentor practitioners and health professionals, I also work directly with individuals and families who are curious about healing, posture, stability, and nervous system tone. The principles of stability, coherence, and adaptation apply whether you’re a chiropractor, a parent, or simply someone seeking a deeper relationship with your own body.
